Refund & Cancellation Policy – Training Courses
ProFirst Training and Consulting is committed to providing high-quality training and ensuring a fair and consistent cancellation policy for all attendees and agencies.
Refunds

Refunds may be issued up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) and will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations Within Five Days

If an attendee cancels within five (5) days of the class start date, no refund will be issued.

Instead, the attendee will receive a non-transferable credit for a future ProFirst training course of equal or lesser value.

The credit will apply only to the originally registered attendee and cannot be reassigned or transferred to another person or agency.

Future course dates and locations are not guaranteed, and the availability of classes suitable for applying the credit cannot be assured. Credits must be used based on the schedule and offerings available at the time of registration.
Substitutions (For Agency-Paid Registrations)

If a law enforcement agency paid for the attendee’s registration, the agency may request a substitution in lieu of receiving a credit.

All substitution requests must:

Be made no later than five (5) days prior to the class start date.

Be submitted by an authorized agency representative.

Receive approval from ProFirst Training and Consulting.

Substitutions may not be accepted after the 5-day window except under exceptional circumstances and only with express approval.
No-Shows

Individuals who are registered but do not attend the class and fail to provide cancellation notice within the allowed timeframe will forfeit all refunds and credits.
Class Cancellations by ProFirst

In the rare event that ProFirst Training and Consulting must cancel or reschedule a class:

Attendees may elect to receive a full refund.

ProFirst is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

By registering for a training class, attendees and agencies acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
